"Ben has been fixing and updating our computers for several years now. DELL after DELL, he has been our families "go to guy" no matter what the problem was. Last year we gave up on DELL and their over-seas 1-800 support line with long wait times, and semi-helpful technicians who speak broken English. We have wasted countless hours on the phone trying to troubleshoot their mediocre products when we would end up calling Ben to fix the problem anyways. Enticed by their TV ads we have been regrettable purchasing DELL computers for home, office and for our kids. Last year Ben built two custom computers for our family.
